This refund policy applies to the services offered by Asha Ra Kirana – Psychiatrist Dr. Asish Asutosh Choudhury (“we”, “our”, “us”). It governs how refunds are handled for payments made for services through our website or clinic.

To request a refund, please contact us at rayofhopepsychiatry@gmail.com with your booking reference. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Refunds will not be given if the service session has commenced, or in cases of no-show without cancellation, or if the payment was made for a non-refundable promotional package.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
