Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for consultations booked with Dr. Asish Asutosh Choudhury at Asha Ra Kirana (Ray of Hope Psychiatric Care), Bhubaneswar. We keep it simple and fair.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a consultation at no charge if you let us know at least 4 hours beforeyour slot. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp using the details below and we'll move you to the next available time that suits you.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel more than 4 hours before your slot: full refund, or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.
- Cancel within 4 hours of your slot: the consultation fee is non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you. You may reschedule once at a reduced rate.
- Missed appointment (no-show): the fee is non-refundable.
If the doctor cancels
If a consultation is cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic for any reason, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund of the amount you paid.
Technical issues with online consultations
If an online consultation cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side, we will reschedule it or refund you in full.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment provider, and are usually credited within 5–7 business days. Timing can vary depending on your bank.
